Florida small business owner sues Biden administration over race, gender quotas in infrastructure law

A Florida smaller business operator and immigrant from Romania is suing the Biden administration about race and gender quotas in the infrastructure law, handed previous December. 

A stipulation in the infrastructure legislation states that 10% of the funding “shall be expended by tiny enterprise concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged men and women.”

In accordance to the lawsuit, Christian Bruckner, who owns a small company in Florida, is ineligible for these money beneath current laws simply because of his pores and skin shade.
