April 5 (Reuters) – Starbucks Corp SBUX.O Standard Counsel Rachel Gonzalez was dismissed from her role as Howard Schultz returns to the chief executive position, in accordance to a regulatory submitting on Tuesday.
Gonzalez will keep on to serve as an adviser until finally she leaves the business on Might 20, the filing explained.
Gonzalez had reported to former CEO Kevin Johnson, who claimed in March he would retire as the coffee chain faces a increasing unionization drive at some of its U.S. places.
